What is the Daily Socks Club?

The Daily Socks Club is a women socks and tights subscription that delivers the socks and tights you need when you need them for your everyday life. Take socks and tights off your to-do list! 

How does it work?

The process is very simple: just choose what you wish to get for a certain delivery frequency, get your everyday-ready socks and tights at home and start wearing what you want – quick and flawless, everyday! Cancel, suspend or change anytime.

What can I choose to receive and when?

You can choose your Box from Ankle & Feet, Knee or Tights, choose to receive Just Basics or Also Trendy items, choose your favourite Skin-Tone Color - light-reflecting nude, sunkissed tropical or darker black - and choose Delivery Frequency every 1, 2 or 3 months.

Can I test your products?

We’ve developed a Trial Pack for you to understand our socks and tights sizes, textures and colors. This is sent only once per customer and costs only 1€ + shipping (in this case we can't give free shipping). 

Is there a fee to join?

No, there are no fees. You only pay for what we ship you.

How much does one subscription cost?

Each Box costs 15€. If you subscribe to every 3 months deliveries you'll pay the equivalent to 5€/month. If every 2 months is your frequency choice, then you'll pay the equivalent to 7,5€/month. Monthly subscriptions cost 15€/month.

Can I buy multiple subscriptions?

You can buy multiple subscriptions one at a time. After you add one subscription to cart, just repeat the subscription process on "Join now" or "Get Started".

What if I want different delivery frequencies for different products?

You can choose a specific delivery frequency for each Box. After you add one subscription to cart with a specific frequency, just repeat the subscription process on "Join now" or "Get Started" for the other Box and choose the specific frequency you want. 

What if I don’t need socks or tights that often? Or if I need them more often?

No problem. Once you join, you can change your delivery frequency to every 1, 2 or 3 months. You can also suspend your subscription anytime you want or pause deliveries for up to three months.

What does each Box include?

Each Box includes the best combination of Ankle & Feet Socks, Knee Socks or Tights adapted to each month’s weather and fashion trends. This means you will get 15€ worth of the best socks or tights for each month you wish to receive this Box. In terms of quantities, each Box includes at least 7 socks or 2 tights (or footsies during summer).

How many socks or tights does each Box include?

Each Box includes at least of 7 socks or 2 tights. Quantities will vary depending on the season and amount of special trendy items included. These are the quantities include per Box (summer months are June, July and August):

Ankle & Feet - Just Basics: 9 to 13 basic socks during colder months; 7 during summer months.  

Ankle & Feet - Also Trendy: 7 to 11 basic and trendy socks for colder months; 7 during summer months.

Knee - Just Basics: 10 to 15 basic socks for colder months; 7 in summer months, including feet socks/footsies.

Knee - Also Trendy: 8 to 11 basic and trendy socks for colder months; 7 in summer, including feet socks/footsies.

Tights - Just Basics: 5 to 6 basic tights for colder months; 1 special thin tights plus feet socks/footsies for summer.

Tights - Also Trendy: 2 to 3 basic and trendy tights for colder months; 1 special thin tights plus feet socks/footsies, for summer months.

What sizes are the socks and tights?

All the socks, from feet and ankle to knee-high, are one size, fitting shoe sizes from 35 to 42 EU, 2 to 8 UK, 4 to 10 US.  

The tights are flexible enough to fit women with a height up to 170 cm or 5'7'' tall, and hips up to 105 cm or 40'' wide. For women up to 180 cm or 5'10'' tall, then our tights will fit if hips measurements are up to 90 cm or 36'' wide.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

When are the Boxes and Packs delivered?

If you subscribe until the 25th of a given month, you’ll receive your first Box at the beginning of the following month. If you subscribe between the 26th and end of a given month, you’ll receive your first Box in up to 45 days after the order (beginning of the month after the following one). The next deliveries will be done according to the frequency chosen by you, in the beginning of the respective month. Trial Packs are delivered up to 10 days after your order.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for European selected countries, except for the Trial Pack. Please refer to the link “Free shipping” below to understand which countries are included. In the rest of the world and for Trial Packs, we apply a 5,3€ charge for shipping costs. Please consider that orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

What if I haven’t yet received my Box?

Please contact us ASAP through the "Contacts" link, or via e-mail at info@dailysocksclub.com.

What’s you returns policy?

We accept the return of any unworn product that is defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info@dailysocksclub.com explaining why the sock is defective or damaged, including a photo, so that we can send you a replacement pair of socks in the following shipment. All return requests must be made within twenty (20) days of the date of shipment by Daily Socks Club. Daily Socks Club does not provide replacement products for items that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

Can I cancel, suspend or change my subscription?

You can cancel, suspend or change your subscription online by contacting us through the "Contacts" link below or via e-mail at info@dailysocksclub.com. A confirmation email will be sent to you. You may choose to be placed on suspension for either a one, two, or three month period. During this period, you will remain a member of the Daily Socks Club, continue to receive communications via email, but will not be charged any maintenance or membership fee. Please note that we must receive your cancellation, suspension or change request until the 8th day of the month previous to the one you want changes to apply. If we receive your cancellation, suspension or change request between the 9th and the last day of a given month, we will not be able to apply the changes to your subscription right in the next month, but we will apply them in the following month.

What payment methods do you work with?

We accept Paypal and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, personal checks or money orders.

When am I charged?

We will charge you the first Box when you subscribe. After our first delivery, your subscription will automatically renew on the 9th day of the month before the next applicable delivery, considering the delivery frequency chosen by you. Your credit card will be charged the subscription fee on the subscription renewal day until you cancel your subscription. 

Are payments secure?

You can rest assure knowing that your personal information is completely secure. All transactions are conducted over bank-grade SSL connections and we are fully PCI Level-1 Compliant.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. All prices quoted on this site are listed in Euros and all packages will be billed as such. Accordingly, your bank, credit card company, or other financial institution may charge you a certain transaction fee(s) related to currency conversion and such fee(s) may appear as one singular charge along with your subscription fee. Please note that we have no control over such fees, and thus, we shall not be responsible for, and hereby expressly disclaim responsibility for any such transaction fees. Please note that import duties, customs charges, and related taxes and fees are not included in the price or shipping costs, and any such duties, charges, taxes, and/or fees are of your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges may be in advance of your purchase.

Will you provide my email address to other companies?

No. Your email address will NOT be provided to any 3rd party companies.

Does the site protect the information I provide?

Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to fully protect your privacy and any information you provide, including credit card number, name and address, and any personal data. We collect only the information you choose to provide and we never make that information available to any third parties interested in contacting you without your consent. Any information you share with us will be used solely to service your membership.
